What we offer
Care shaped around a life, not a timetable.
Four distinct rooms, one shared ethic. You can begin in any of them, move between them, or simply stay in one for as long as it serves you. There is no fixed pathway here — only the one that fits you.
01 · Emotional recovery
Inner Recovery Sessions
One-to-one work for the parts of you that were never quite tended to.
We draw on reparenting, parts work and self-compassion practice to help you meet old wounds without being swept away by them. Whether it is childhood pain, a grief that never settled, or a self-critical voice that has run the show for too long, we move gently — building safety first, depth second.
- - 60-minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly
- - Trauma-informed, paced to you
- - Onward referral when deeper clinical support is needed
02 · Confidence & self-image
Confidence & Self-Image
For how you meet the mirror — through change, treatment, or simply time.
Confidence is not vanity; it is the quiet belief that you are allowed to take up space. We work with people whose sense of self has thinned out — after illness, after a cosmetic or aesthetic procedure, after years of putting themselves last — and help rebuild a self-image that is comfortable to live inside.
- - Individual and short-course formats
- - Body-image and self-talk work
- - Steady, shame-free, at your pace
03 · Independent living
Independent Living Clinic
Down-to-earth help with the systems that protect your freedom.
Independence is partly emotional and partly admin. Our clinic, led by a former welfare-rights adviser, helps you navigate the practical scaffolding of an independent life — benefits, disability access cards, financial tools and the paperwork that keeps your money and your dignity safe. We sit beside you through it, not above you.
- - Benefits and entitlements, explained plainly
- - Access cards & assistive financial tools
- - Drop-in sessions and longer casework
04 · Together
Group Rooms
Recovery is lighter when it is shared.
Some things heal faster in good company. Our small, facilitated groups bring together a handful of people walking similar roads — emotional recovery, confidence, life after a change in health. Numbers are kept low so that everyone is seen, and every group is held by a practitioner who keeps it safe and kind.
- - Max six people per group
- - Six-week and rolling formats
- - Creative and movement-based options
